What for?

Efficacy

The drug to improve angina, myocardial infarction, and tachycardia. The drug to expand blood vessel in a way not to let blood-vessel-shrinking calcium into cells. The drug to lower blood pressure gradually and slow fast-beating pulse.

Warning

Grapefruit juice may strengthen drug action. Women in pregnancy or potential pregnancy cannot take it under normal circumstances.

interaction

The drug cannot be used with Asunaprevir (Sunbepura) because it may cause abnormal liber function. The drug cannot be used with Romitapido (jacuzzi Star Intrepid) because it may cause its density in the blood and cause complication. Grapefruit juice or citrus (pummelo, Hassaku, orange, or pomelo) may increase the drug density in the blood and intensify the original effect and side effect of the drug.
