What for?

The drug to lower blood pressure.

Efficacy

The drug made of a combination of a calcium antagonist and an angiotensin receptor blocker to expand blood vessels and lower blood pressure.

Warning

You may feel dizzy or unsteady on your feet. Use caution if you drive or operate a machine. Grapefruit juice may strengthen drug action. Women in pregnancy or potential pregnancy cannot take it under normal circumstances. Seek medical advice if you suffer swelling of the face or tongue, jaundice, fever, or muscle pain.

Anyone with diabetes cannot basically take the drug with Aliskiren (Rasilez) because it may weaken kidney function. Grapefruit juice or citrus (pummelo, Hassaku, orange, or pomelo) may increase the drug density in the blood and intensify the original effect and side effect of the drug.
