Warning

You may feel dizzy or unsteady on your feet. Use caution if you drive or operate a machine. Women in pregnancy or potential pregnancy cannot take it under normal circumstances. Seek medical advice if you suffer swelling of the face or tongue, muscle pain, or a loss of power.

The drug cannot basically be taken by anyone with diabetics in addition to Aliskiren (Rasilez) because it may weaken kidney function.
