Warning

Anyone with Addison's disease cannot take it under normal circumstances.

interaction

If used with Eplerenone (Selara), the drug may cause initial hyperkalemia symptoms, such as shivering in hand, feet, or lips, paralysis of limbs, or muscle reduction.
